Pannon Business Network is the collaborative center for applied research, training and advanced manufacturing to catalyse value creation by digitalization as active catalyst of the ecosystem. Linked to industry, academia and citizens, it is facilitating digital human-centred, resilient and green transformation with focus on business and healthy ageing through its connected divisions. A key distinguishing feature of PBN is its extensive international reach by having realized over 85 international applied research projects with 500+ European partners (60+ universities). Pannon Business Network as EIT Manufacturing Hub in Hungary is the mobilizing interface between EIT Manufacturing and Hungarian stakeholders of the entire ecosystem. PBN division am-LAB – Advanced Manufacturing- DIH is a dedicated training and applied R&D facility servicing primarily manufacturing SMEs.

Cefriel Politecnico di Milano

Cefriel is a not-for-profit digital innovation center, founded in 1988 by the Polytechnic University of Milan to help the country’s businesses, society, and economy grow and develop by using and expanding skills and knowledge in the field of technologies and digital services.
The center’s mission is to make digital innovation to benefit the country, organically combining research, innovation, and training, as well as leveraging the skills and knowledge from the world of research, companies, and the public administration.
Cefriel’s activities fall into three key action areas: development of the company’s strategic vision and its implementation through innovative service and technology adoption plans; design and development of innovative products, services, and processes; development of the company’s know-how, organizational models, and processes so it can operate successfully on the market and grow responsibly and sustainably.
By using methods, approaches, tools, and models based on state-of-the-art international research and innovation, Cefriel helps companies and the public administration define their vision and establish their strategies for seizing on digital technologies, helping them scout and assess innovative
technologies, then build and manage a portfolio of digital innovation projects.

Technology Centre “INTECHCENTRAS” was established in 2007 by Lithuanian Engineering Industry Association “LINPRA“ with the goal of increasing the competitiveness of industrial companies. “Intechcentras” is a SMART Manufacturing competence centre, which operates with such activities: Technological-engineering trainings and its’ projects preparation and management; Provision of engineering and management consultations; Organization of experience exchange forums; Solutions for production efficiency and productivity increase application; Organizing activities regarding the 4th Industrial Revolution “Industry 4.0“; Creation of training programs (shop floor workers and engineers) and piloting.

CORE IC focuses on research and innovation efforts through over 50 R&I initiatives, both completed and running projects. Its main industrial sectors of interest are to factories of future, process and mining, earth observation, energy efficient buildings, smart energy, maritime and ports.
